Overview
Orders that are ordered from Ram Air Sky Sport SL or www.360SKYPRO.com ship to: Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla), England, France, Finland, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Portugal (except islands), Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Dubai.

The products are being sent to the during the order process specified address.

If the size of the order or the size of the products make it necessary, several packets may be sent. 360 SKY PRO sends its customers an e-mail confirming the shipping order and other information, such as shipping tracking number, if provided by the shipping company. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Shipping options
The Shipping Company provides delivery to the recipient's address without the obligation to bring them up to the door of the residence.

Given the value of the goods, the customer must verify the correctness of the delivery in the presence of the shipper which delivers the order.

What to do for a correct reception:
- After receiving the order at the delivery address, the customer must open the package and check the contents.

- If the products were damaged, the customer must refuse the package and describe the total damage of the delivery on the delivery form.

- It is recommended to sign the delivery note after the contents of the order has been checked.

Rejection of the shipper to check the delivered package:
- In case of refusal by the shipper to be able to open the package you should specify this on the delivery note.

WARNING: If you agree with the reception of the package without having checked it before the delivery, the delivered items will be considered as intact and not damaged, and you can not exercise any recourse.

Delay in delivery
In case of delay or non-delivery within a maximum period of 30 days, the customer can terminate the contract by registered mail or by e-mail to info@360SkyPro.com.

The amount will be repaid over a maximum period of fourteen days from the date of termination.

Risk of delivery
The shipment of the order will be shipping by a delivery company that was chosen by the customer to the address specified by the customer.

Returns

Refund policy
To make a return, contact Ram Air Sky Sport SL / 360 SKY PRO via e-mail to info@360SKYPRO.com. You must describe the reasons for the return and title the mail with "Return / Changes". The order number and the concerned products must be described.

For an accepted and correct return, the customer must return the product or the products back to Ram Air Sky Sport SL / 360 SKY PRO (shipping costs  charged to the client).Ram Air Sky Sport SL / 360 SKY PRO recommends that the customer uses a package tracking service. In the case of loss of the shipment, the customer will be asked to submit the tracking number.

It is understood that the products be returned intact, they must be clean and completely (ie in perfect condition for resale, without modification, as recommended by the manufacturer) with the operating instructions and all accessories. In addition, a legible copy of the invoice must be attached.

Made to measure suits and custom made products:
All custom orders and made to measure products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use for a period of 18 months from purchase. We consider a use of up to 250 jumps per year or a maximum of 4 hours of wind tunnel use per year to be "normal use". Heavier use is excluded from the warranty.

Subsequent corrections in size or material are not included in the purchase price. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any adjustments and/or material changes requested after the end of production of the custom ordered item.

Custom containers, canopies, complete rigs, suits and helmets ordered at Ram Air Sky Sport SL / www.360skypro.com are made to measure and produced in individual design. These items are manufactures especially respecting the taste and choices of the individual customer and can therefore neither be changed nor returned. 

Ram Air Sky Sport SL / 360 SKY PRO is not responsible for the reimbursement of additional shipping costs.
